الطعام وتنوعه الثقافي في المجتمع العراقي - دراسة انثروبولوجية

يعد الطعام وخصوصا ما كان تقليدي منها من اكثر الممارسات التي تدل على الانتماء فلا يتم طبخ انواع من الطعام لسد حاجة الجوع فقط وانما هي موروث ثقافي مشحون بالموروث الحضاري، حيث يحدد لنا هذا الطعام انتماءنا الديني وما يرتبط به من مباح او محضور، لهذا نجد الانثروبولوجية الغذائية قد وجهت اهتمامها بدراسة الطبخ والطعام وذلك لان الممارسات الغذائية لا تسمح لنا بمعرفة ثقافة اصحابها فقط وانما تضعنا امام امكانية كبيرة لمعرفة الشعائر والمناسبات الدينية ومعرفة مجموعة من الأطعمة التي تطهى في اوقات محددة وهذا يضفي عليها قدسية دينية او ثقافية.
