صناعة أنتاج النفط الخام في اقليم كوردستان العراق - دراسة تحليلية

(يهدف البحث الى تحليل واقع صناعة انتاج النفط الخام في اقليم كوردستان، والذي يشكل نقطة مفاوضات وتجاذبات ادارية ومالية وسياسية بين اقليم كوردستان والحكومة المركزية العراقية. المشاكل والتحديات التي تواجه انتاج النفط الخام في اقليم كوردستان.
تم من خلال البحث (والذي اشتمل على مقدمة وثلاثة محاور رئيسة) دراسة نشوء وتطور الصناعة النفطية في الاقليم، ومن ثم التركيز على التوزيع الجغرافي للحقول النفطية المنتجة وخصائصها المكانية والاقتصادية. كما تم تناول تطور انتاج النفط الخام عبر مراحل مختلفة (2010، 2017، 2020)، فضلا عن اهم المشاكل والتحديات التي تواجه هذه الصناعة في الاقليم.
ان واقع الصناعة النفطية في اقليم كوردستان تتطلب ايجاد صيغة تفاهم مشتركة بين حكومة الاقليم والحكومة الاتحادية، واعادة النظر بإدارة هذا المورد الطبيعي، فضلا عن اعتماد مبدأ الشفافية في الكشف عن الانتاج الفعلي للنفط الخام في الاقليم.
