Academic compatibility and its relationship to academic achievement among students preparing Teachers Institute

Abstract

The educationalists and the psychologists realized the significance of the academic adjustment and its role in pupils’ instructional life and its effect on their instructional procurement, the adjustment process point out to the reaction process between the person with what he has of needs and abilities, and the nature with what it has of quality and requirements, with this meaning the good adjustment can be the source of the contentment and psychological satisfaction, while the poor adjustment can be the source of the struggle, anxious and disturbance.
